This session begins with a grounding practice to help you relax and prepare for your reading. I look at each chakra from base to crown and share insights to teach you consciously create a life that feels aligned and authentic, with clear next steps you can put into practice right away.
This is an extended session that begins with the same grounding practice and full chakra reading, and includes extra time at the end for questions and additional guidance for you.
Includes everything in the 90 minute offering, plus a customized written integration report. This detailed report highlights unconscious patterns and describes how they may be showing up in your current experiences. You'll receive specific practices to teach you to recognize these patterns in real time, along with practical tools to shift them, so you are better equipped to consciously create the life you want.

In person sound bath sessions with crystal singing bowls are available by referral only. For each session, I intuitively select the bowls to support an overall sense of balance, relaxation, and well-being.
